Our assessors will arrange a visit to site where they will meet with the employer and employee, we will then be able to agree the best route to achieve the Construction NVQ and any other skills which will be of benefit for both the employer’s company development as well as for the employees’ improvement. This could include a range of communication, language, numeracy training and assessment.

Various techniques will be used to help the learner identify their needs which will assist continued development beyond the immediate training need. For example techniques used could include diagnostic testing, professional discussion and individual training plans.

Following the individual learning plan creation, assessment and training, which has been indentified, will be carried out at agreed times. The individual Learning Plan will be reviewed at each visit and feedback provided to the candidate.

Upon successful completion of the Construction NVQ, the exit encourages the learner to give opinion of the training and services provided by AKW Ltd and discussion of further training objectives.
